Title: Lemon Square

Hello! It's time for Lemon Square. I use this recipe (https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/10294/the-best-lemon-bars/) but with adjustments from the comments, so here is the full adjusted version:

Crust:
2 cups (~240g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (227g) butter, softened
½ cup (100g) white sugar, but i have been using 50g for a while...
¼ tsp salt

Filling:
1 ½ cups (300g) white sugar
¼ cup (~30g) all-purpose flour
4 eggs
⅔ cup lemon juice (approx 3 lemons?)
optional: lemon zest from 2 lemons

Notes on pan choice:

Use the bigger rectangular pan for MORE SQUARES.

Use the smaller rectangle pan for better feel.

(Use the square for even deeper squares.)
