Heat milk to 80 c

Let cool to 42 c
At the same time, bring out yogurt (must have active cultures) to let warm
(Takes about 50-60 minutes)

Swirl in 1-2 tbsp yogurt
Instant pot 'yogurt' - leave on venting.
